With TFA’s new 15-month program, students who start class in June 2013 will earn their associates degree in just over a year.

And TFA transforms classrooms into real-world studios where students learn by collaborating with industry professionals and cross-functionally with one another.
“It’s so close to what a real set and studio is like that I really feel comfortable,” VP at Fox Broadcasting Company Phoebe Tisdale said. “I feel at home.”
In just over a year, students can earn their degrees in a number of focused career tracks, including: Film + Broadcast, Recording Arts, Design + Visual Communication, Animation + Visual Effects and Game + Interactive Media. The creative work they participate in at TFA allows them to embark on their careers with a powerful resume and a professional portfolio.
“The labs and the tangible way of working, it’s really going to benefit the students over time,” Co-Founder of gravitytank Chris Conley said.
TFA’s teaching staff is composed of experts across the digital arts industries. In addition, TFA frequently partners with innovative companies on a number of client projects, from creating the multimedia backdrop for Fluid Mind’s Merchandise Mart concert to storyboarding on set for NBA superstar Derrick Rose’s AT&T #itcanwait commercial to designing customizable combat games like Avarice, which was released on Steam this summer.
