Part-Time Job Assistance

In an effort to help take some financial burden off of students, Career Services offers a number of resources to assist our student body with their part-time job search. The part-time jobs we assist with while you are in school range from opportunities across all industries and aren’t focused solely on media arts industries, the way it would be after you graduate. While we do not place students in part-time job opportunities, we are happy to guide them to finding a part-time job through the resources outlined below.

Part-Time Job Fair

From time to time we’ll host various employer on campus to recruit students for part time employment. Career Services will communicate with students via email and by posting flyers on the 4th Floor boards in the event that an employer is coming to campus for part-time job recruitment.

Virtual Part-Time Job Board

Career Services posts a plethora of part-time job opportunities to the Virtual Part-Time Job Board. It is the students responsibility to visit this board regularly to find opportunities and apply. As in all cases, if a student has questions about accessing this board or applying for a particular position they should email careerservices@tribecaflashpoint.edu for assistance.

Federal Work Study Jobs

Tribeca Flashpoint participates in the Federal Work-Study Program. This is a government subsides program that allows schools the opportunity to hire students for various jobs on campus. In order to be eligible for this program you must have completed your FAFSA application and be in good standing with Financial Aid. Available Federal Work-Study positions can be found on the Physical Job Board and questions regarding any openings can be sent to
careerservices@tribecaflashpoint.edu

Physical Part-Time Job Board

In addition to the Virtual Part Time Job Board, we also have a physical representation of the Job Board on the 4th floor. Career Services will post a small portion of the available part-time jobs to this board. This is also where we house all available and upcoming Federal Work-Study openings.
