- Install Chrome, the preferred browser for viewing the student portal (OSX). Please note: the portal will not render properly in Firefox and Internet Explorer.

HOW DO I LOG IN TO THE PORTAL?
Visit the portal at https://portal.tribecaflashpoint.edu/secure/Student/loginstu.aspx
Note: These pages must be viewed using Chrome or Safari. Unfortunately, IE 10+ and all current version of Firefox are not supported.
HOW DO I RESET MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?
Students can reset a forgotten password by visiting the portal at https://portal.tribecaflashpoint.edu/secure/Student/loginstu.aspx and clicking the “Forgot your password?” link. You will be asked to enter your username and email address and to answer the security question: “Please enter your city of birth.” Students will then have the ability to create and confirm a new password.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Students can change their password to the Student Portal under My Profile > Change Password. This changes only the student’s password to log onto the portal. Other passwords are not affected.
HOW DO I VIEW MY ATTENDANCE?
Located under My Academics > Class Attendance, student attendance can be viewed by class, term, or week. Students can choose a specific course and display a color-coded calendar showing days fully present, fully absent, partially present, and days attendance was not posted. Students can also view course details such as start date, end date, last day attended, and absence by percentage.
HOW DO I VIEW MY DEGREE PROGRESS AUDIT?
Located under My Academics > Degree Audit, the Degree Audit page gives students the ability to print their unofficial transcript and view various details of their enrollment, such as enrollment GPA, Shift, etc. The portal will default to the current enrollment, but if a student has multiple enrollments they can select the enrollment from the drop-down list at the top of the page.
Located under My Academics > Class Schedule, this page allows students to view their class schedules by term/week. The class schedule is offered in two possible views: list and week. For each class, clicking the “course/instructor” link (week view) or the “Click for Details” link (list view) brings the student to the Class Resources page, which provides a snapshot of course information and allows the student to download each class into Outlook so that all meetings for that course appear on the student’s Outlook calendar.
HOW CAN I VIEW MY GRADES?
Students can view their grades under My Academics > Class Grades. Students can select an enrollment and term and view all grades for completed classes in that term.
WHERE CAN I VIEW MY CALENDAR?
Your calendar can be viewed under My Profile > My Calendar. Students can display their calendar by month, week, and day. The calendar shows all scheduled and current courses, appointments, as well as important campus dates and events such as registration start/end dates, term start/end dates, add/drop dates, and campus holidays.
WHERE CAN I VIEW IMPORTANT SCHOOL MESSAGES OR APPOINTMENTS?
Located under My Profile > My Message Center, the Message Center is the online communication center for the student, containing all current student alerts, as well as previous alerts, holds, pending appointments, and meetings. This page will also show advisor information. If the student has a Hold, a red hold alert icon will be visible at the upper right of the page.
WHERE CAN I VIEW ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND LEDGER CARD?
This information can be found under My Finances > Account Information. The “Account Details” tab provides information on payments and charges such as the date, transaction details, check number or reference code, amount of the charge or payment and the balance. When a student makes a payment, the payment becomes a link to view or print a receipt. If a student has a payment schedule, they can view dates, status, principle, interest, and the amount of the payment on the ‘Payment Schedule’ tab. Billing statements are displayed on the ‘My Statements’ tab and allows the student the ability to download and print it in PDF format.
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT FINANCIAL AID?
Located under My Financial Aid > Financial Aid Links, the Financial Aid Links page provides the student links to several websites that will help facilitate the financial aid process.
